Our Spray Wall Coating is a technically controlled blend of minerals, resins and chemicals which is up to 20 times thicker than conventional paint.
Each coat is applied by high pressure spray which in effect welds the material to the receiving wall providing an extremely durable finish which will not chip, flake or peel.
Being 100% waterproof it eliminates penetrating damp, but still allows the walls to breathe as it is micro porous.
Preparation is the key, these are the steps we take before applying the textured wall coating product.

Power wash to remove any loose or flaking paint. Bio clean to remove years of bacteria / carbon emissions and foreign bodies, including loose particles from the whole area to be treated.
If any sign is visible we use an anti-microbial agent which is totally safe to remove algae.
Alternatively, we would brush the surface area that is to be coated, free of dust.
Apply a fungi treatment, to remove any contaminates for a sound wall surface area to work from.

Undertake any repairs to the surface areas to be treated, make good where necessary, painted or unpainted rendered surfaces.
Bag wash the areas to be treated. This consists of a fibre resin cement adhesive mixture, which is applied by brush.
Allow to dry for 24 hours (subject to weather) before applying primer coat.
Apply a micro porous slush coat film, which enables the walls to breathe, this primer application is applied to the wall surface areas, before applying the final top coat spray masonry wall coating treatment.
Finally spray apply the textured wall coating product where required.

Mask all windows, doors, guttering, downpipes, fascias and soffits, protect patio floor areas where necessary, whilst work is in progress.
This is applied by a high powered pressure spray unit, between 50 – 75 PSI, to an aesthetically uniform finish.
Grades of texture are superfine, fine, & course.
Remove masking paper and tape, leave site clean and tidy as originally found.
Skip may be required to remove rubbish where necessary.
Scaffolding may be required to gain access above conservatories or lean-to roofs or gable wall apex areas.
We can normally undertake this work off ladders or tower scaffolding.
