Q. How long after I place my order can I expect the job to be done?
We guarantee a period of no more than 4 to 6 weeks.
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, you will be expected to pay a deposit from 20% to 25%. We offer deposit protection insurance.
Q. Can I expect a return on my investment?
Absolutely. You will either have the pleasure of a maintenance free home for up to 30 years (no bills) or you will get top market value on re-sale. (Guarantees are transferable with ownership.)

Q. Are you a high pressure sales organisation?
No we are not a high pressure sales organisation, we would love every homeowner to place an order with us, but the only way we can ensure we are your choice is to be the best choice available. This can be achieved by having the ability to provide what you, the consumer, feels is the best product offering & value for money.
Q. How long does this type of spray wall coating last?
No company is allowed to issue a warranty for the full life expectancy of a product. The guidelines for our systems are a comprehensive Guarantee from 10 – 25 years with an optional insurance backed Guarantee for 10 years maximum, other than External Wall Insulation which is 25 years.
Q. Is there a job too small or too big for you?
Yes there is. It is not viable for us, and most other textured coating companies for that matter, to take on any contract that is less than 300 sq. feet in wall surface area. We have a minimum order value of £2000.00 (subject to vat) dependent on substrate.
